Responsibilities :
- Coordinate flight operations in line with FAR Part 91 standards.
- Arrange essential services such as FBO, fuel, catering, hangar, and cleaning.
- Monitor leased aircraft, track maintenance, and ensure financial deposits.
- Track and report on maintenance schedules, aircraft hours, payments, and movements.
- Manage trip expenses and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Execute tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and all Customs and Government rules.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals efficiently.
