About the Role :
As the Aircraft Assembly Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 20 skilled professionals, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in our fast-paced assembly environment. Your leadership will drive production goals and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead the Team : Train, mentor, and supervise technicians while fostering accountability.
- Oversee Production : Ensure assembly meets quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines.
