Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a culture of responsibility, discipline, and empowerment.
- Provide clear work assignments, monitor performance, and maintain a positive, compliant work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, make hiring decisions, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure all assembly activities meet established quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines.
- Coordinate daily tasks to align with production schedules and organizational goals.
- Oversee the accurate interpretation and application of work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation.

- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of critical components for uninterrupted assembly operations.
- Develop and enforce production schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and minimizing delays.
- Monitor and optimize workstation layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to address material shortages and implement contingency plans.
- Track and analyze production metrics to identify trends and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
- Ensure that assembly documentation is accurate and uptodate to reflect current practices and standards.
- 5 years in assembly or manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
- Handson experience in mechanical assembly and precision craftsmanship, including using tools, gauges, and inspection equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Competence in using software tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems for reporting and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
