Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept
- Assemble, inspect, and maintain small aircraft systems and structures in compliance with FAA standards and company specifications.
- Perform detailed diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on airframes and powerplants to ensure peak functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers and assembly teams to support the integration and testing of new systems and prototypes.
- Document maintenance procedures, inspections, and repairs to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Conduct functional and safety tests to ensure all components meet rigorous quality standards.
- Provide technical input during the design and development process to enhance aircraft assembly efficiency.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on small aircraft.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience in kit aircraft assembly or experimental aviation.
- Familiarity with CAD tools for reviewing technical drawings.
- Advanced knowledge of avionics systems installation and testing.
