We’re looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to lead our team in a Part 145 Repair Station. You’ll oversee maintenance operations, ensure FAA compliance, and optimize workflow while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of A&P mechanics and support staff.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, compliance, and process optimization.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the Chief Inspector on quality control. Address aircraft issues with effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in FAA regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software.
- FAA A&P certification with 5 years of aviation maintenance experience (2 in a managerial role, Part 145 preferred).
- Gulfstream experience and budgeting knowledge are a plus. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions.
