Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior A&P Mechanic to maintain the airworthiness of the fleet in Redding, CA. With at least two years of certified mechanic experience, you will play a key role in daily maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Communicate with Lead Mechanic on schedule changes and technical needs.
- Oversee maintenance at field bases, ensuring asset security.
- Document work and maintain parts inventory.
- Perform sheet metal repairs and avionics troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- FAA Mechanic Certificate (Airframe and Powerplant).
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanic experience.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and travel.
Compensation:
- Potential Earnings: $82,620 - $116,323 annually.
- Bonuses: Up to $25,000 sign-on and 15% location bonus.

Schedule:
7 days on, 7 days off. Candidates must live within 60 miles of the base.
