As the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, you will drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role involves shaping strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing team. You will also play a key role in developing marketing strategies and driving business expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and guide sales activities, including account development and outside sales.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to position the company as an industry leader.
- Manage the RFP process from development to negotiation.
- Supervise and mentor the sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to enhance insights and support data-driven decision-making.
