Position Overview :
As the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role involves shaping strategic initiatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will also play a critical role in the development of marketing strategies and business expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Oversee and guide all sales activities, including outside sales and account development, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Business Development : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
- Client Engagement : Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy : Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing plans to position the company as an industry leader.
- RFP and Contract Management : Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including development, proposal, and negotiation phases, to secure advantageous agreements.
- Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of professionals across sales, marketing, and business development, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- CRM Utilization : Leverage Salesforce CRM to enhance customer insights, improve pipeline management, and support data-driven decision-making.
