Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Specialist - Radar System to oversee and maintain radar systems on Kwajalein Atoll. This leadership role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring radar systems operate at peak performance to support critical defense operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead radar equipment maintenance and the CNS work center.
- Overhaul, repair, and modify ground radar systems, including analog-to-digital interfaces.
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions using advanced testing equipment.
- Execute technical modifications and manage antenna system installations.
- Maintain airport electrical systems and troubleshoot PAPI circuits.
- Ensure radar systems meet operational standards through adjustments and recertifications.
- Document maintenance activities and train team members on technical procedures.
