The Casino Host - Executive is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract and host mid- to high-limit players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations.
- Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests.
- Greets Casino guests and participates in social events and special promotions.
- Tracks guest's visits, arranges accommodations, and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines.
- Issues Player's Services cards and promotes the program and related promotions.
- Increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted guest base.
- Updates guest history for future visits.
- Ensures the protection of guest's rewards and credit lines.
- Effectively handles guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player's Club programs.
- Ensures the highest level of Customer Service is given to guests at all times.
- Sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits.
- Increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing.
- Regularly reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Maintains a high profile at VIP events, constant presence to all players at appropriate times.
- May represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property.
- Attends all necessary meeting.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information.
- Keeps informed of competitive promotions.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; College degree preferred.
- 5 years Executive Host experience in a large-scale gaming operation with both Slot and Table games offerings.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with normal industry standards.
- Must have an established player following.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are also required.
