Position Title : Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (SBA)

Overview :
We are seeking a Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (SBA) for our project. In this role, you will lead an Agile product team comprising Business Architects and User Experience Designers, translating client needs into effective Pega-based solutions. You will collaborate with development teams to drive solution architecture, lead business process design activities, and coach junior team members. This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in Pega, business process management, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Senior Business Architect for the Agile product team, coordinating efforts with Business Architects, UX Designers, and development teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify business challenges, drive innovative ideas, and ensure that solutions align with client needs and Pega best practices.
- Lead discussions on Pega processes, functionality, and structure with clients and internal teams.
- Execute business process design activities, including defining business expectations, synthetic data requirements, and user roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct and lead meetings to elaborate on business processes and configuration practices, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Proactively accomplish business architect tasks, offering insights into client needs and requirements.
- Coach and mentor junior team members across various vendors, guiding them on best practices in Pega elaboration and configuration.
- Ensure effective execution of Agile elaboration functions, solution configuration activities, and testing processes.
- Contribute to project deliverables, performance metrics, and process improvement strategies.
