Description

We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in making spaces sparkle. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and comfortable, all while supporting our mission of quality, affordability, profitability, and respect.
Requirements
- Clean and sanitize the interior of park models, manufactured homes, and cabins
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and BBQ grills
- Restock homes with home essentials (toiletries, paper products, etc.)
- Complete laundry tasks and prepare bedding sets for flips
- Perform deep cleaning as needed
- Deliver products to guests as requested
- Maintain an organized and tidy housekeeping room space
- Report and monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and household items
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the resort
- Perform other duties as needed and requested by management
- Part time position. Hours may vary. Minimum of 20 hrs. a week. Weekends and some holidays required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience (hotel, hospital, resort, etc.)
- Knowledge of cleaning and janitorial practices
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, walk, or sit for extended periods throughout a work shift
- Capable of performing tasks that require balance and reaching above one’s head
