Requirements
- Clean and sanitize resort rental homes (park models & manufactured homes)
- Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels onsite
- Remove trash and maintain a tidy, guest-ready environment
- Stock homes with household essentials (toiletries, paper products, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor inventory of guest and janitorial supplies
- Track and rotate deep cleans across all units
- Conduct cleaning inspections and guest walk-throughs to ensure quality
- Supervise and train additional housekeeping staff and vendors
- Use BW software for task completion, scheduling, and communication
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment across the resort
- Perform other tasks and assist with resort operations as needed
- Full Time position (Hours range from 8am-4pm) Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience (hotel, hospital, resort, etc.)
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning/janitorial standards and best practices
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, walking, and reaching throughout a shift
- Able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
