What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead (Trampoline Park) position at Sky Zone Charleston?
We are looking for a Team Lead to join the team at Sky Zone Charleston. Sky Zone is Charleston’s first indoor trampoline park that has been voted the best birthday party venue and the best place for kids every year since we opened in 2014. We need a Team Lead that can deliver positive experiences to customers so we remain the preferred venue for area families. A Team Lead will help the manager on duty (MOD) with supporting staff during peak park hours. Team Leads will specialize in cashiering, court monitoring or running events. With more in depth training, the Team Lead can support the smooth running of the park alongside the MOD. The Team Lead reports to all management staff.

Job Duties
- Help cashiers with POS (point of sale) questions issues.
- Support court monitors by pushing rotations and maintaining break schedule.
- Effectively communicate safety rules to guests.
- Make sure checklists, cleaning schedule and rotations are followed.
- Assist with staff duty delegation.
- Complete park opening reports.
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
- Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for coordinating opening and closing park procedures.
- Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
Qualifications
- 2 Years of work experience.
- Leadership experience a plus.
- Retail sales experience highly desired.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Great Leadership and motivational skills required.
- Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
