With our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we have rapidly grown, and we're now seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in California.
Position Overview:
As an Area Manager at Sky Zone, you will be responsible for the successful operation of 4-6 trampoline park locations within the California region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring each park delivers an exceptional and safe experience for guests while achieving financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to individual park managers, ensuring the overall operational excellence of each location.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, safety, and cleanliness across all locations, maintaining Sky Zone's commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for guests.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor park managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to boost attendance and revenue.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a successful multi-unit manager, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between locations within the California region.
- Knowledge of the entertainment and leisure industry trends.
