At SkyBridge Aviation, we specialize in staffing and recruiting for Touch Labor Maintenance, Information Technology, and Engineering in the commercial and government aviation and aerospace industry. We are looking for commission-driven individuals who can excel in a collaborative and competitive environment.
Key Recruiter Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open positions, helping clients find, hire, and retain quality candidates. Including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with Account Manager(s) to build awareness of division hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source by executing innovative strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates that align with the skillsets we support.
- Ability to regulate a heavy volume of outbound calls to qualified candidates.
- Gain market intel and build long-standing relationships with industry professionals.
- Work alongside account managers to submit candidates to our clients for job placements. Guide, assist, and act as the main point of contact for candidates before, during, and after the interview process, as well as while employed on contract.
- As a recruiter, your job is to help connect qualified candidates with the competitive employers we hold as clients. A recruiter in our industry acts as a liaison between an employer and applicants for a job, especially positions that are hard to fill and require special qualifications and experience.
- Recruiters use databases, social media platforms, and over time their accumulated professional network to find people who could be a good match for a job.
Educational and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (Required) Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Management (Preferred but not required) A minimum of one year in a sales-driven environment (Preferred but not required)Desire to be in an in-office setting that is competitive, heavy in production, and high energy.
- No Prior Recruiting Experience Required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary Uncapped earning potential through weekly commission.
- After the initial 6 months: Hybrid Flexibility for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (1 day remote weekly).
