We are seeking an experienced travel nurse RN Home Health professional to join our team. As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and developing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, providing education and support to patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Louisiana
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home health nursing
