About the role :
We are seeking a talented Recruiter to conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market and G&A teams. Your initial focus will be Sales and Customer Success, and will stretch and expand from there as business priorities evolve.
As a full-cycle recruiter, you will operate as a consultative partner to hiring managers & interview teams, develop hiring strategies to build high-performing teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated mid-level recruiter who is looking to accelerate their career while helping to build, operate, and scale a high-growth company.
PLEASE NOTE : We've returned to the office 3 days a week in San Mateo, California.
How you'll make an impact :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities : online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research
- Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights

Salary Range : The annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $150,000
