About the role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Field Marketing Managerto join our team and serve as the face of Skydio's marketing roadshow. This role involves traveling across the country in our marketing roadshow vehicle to support field marketing events, deliver impactful sales demonstrations, and engage with our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for showcasing cutting-edge drone technology.
This is a sales and marketing type role. You will be in front of prospective customers and you will be showcasing technology live, sometimes by yourself. You must be comfortable in those situations. This role is also a great start to a career in sales or marketing, if that is your passion.
How you'll make an impact :
- Roadshow Vehicle Operation :
Drive and maintain the marketing roadshow vehicle, ensuring timely arrival at events nationwide.
Support live product demonstrations at events, showcasing product capabilities and features to public safety and utility audiences.
Represent Skydio at field marketing events, trade shows, and customer engagements, embodying the brand's professionalism and enthusiasm.
Conduct routine checks on drones, audiovisual equipment, and the marketing vehicle to ensure all assets are operational and event-ready.
Build rapport with event attendees, customers, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and support sales goals.
What makes you a good fit :
Compensation Range : The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
