Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Logistics Coordinator to assist with in-factory order management and deliveries. This is a fast-paced role where the ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper scheduling and tracking of shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Communicate with customers and vendors as needed to resolve any shipping or order issues.
- Support other logistics and warehouse functions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
