Supporting over 500 employees across multiple locations, this role is critical to driving HR strategy and execution within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This is anon-site positionbased in Los Angeles, CA, with responsibilities that include direct collaboration with local station leaders and employees, as well as regular engagement with our headquarters team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.Position OverviewAs theWest Coast HR Generalist, Washington, California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and MN and Denver - you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple locations in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can manage complex HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and foster a culture of excellence. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs, address workforce challenges, and align regional practices with company-wide goals.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership : Act as the primary HR representative for the West Coast, providing leadership and guidance to station managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Provide coaching to station leaders to promote effective management practices.Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, with a specific focus on California regulations. Review and update HR policies as needed to maintain compliance.Recruitment & Workforce Planning : Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the region, from developing hiring strategies to onboarding new employees.
