GRADING AND PIPE FOREMAN NEEDED.

DKYLAND DEVELOPMENTS is looking for a reliable grading and pipeline foreman with a strong work ethic who is ready to work ASAP. Our ideal candidate will meet all of the requirements below as well as be able to execute and finish jobs in the allotted time line. You will be overseeing the job site as well as 4-5 people. You must be able to work as a team and be able to communicate efficiently with your team as well as reporting in daily. All work is in the Metro Atlanta area and NO TRAVEL is required for the job. Requirements:

-Be able to install water, sewer, and storm

-Be able to grade

-Clean driving record

-Must have all appropriate certifications

-Be familiar with all aspects of plan reading

-Be able to run equipment

-5-7 years of experience required, 7 years experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30 TO $35 PER HOUR

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage project scheduling and budget adherence while utilizing construction management software.
• Supervise and train crew members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Review blueprints and schematics to ensure quality control and accurate execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
