Responsibilities as an Account
- Maintained detailed records of all financial transactions including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Handle all of Companies payables.
- Make necessary general ledger entries
- Prepare bank deposits
- Invoicing and following up with customers on payments
- Performed reconciliations between bank accounts and internal ledgers
- Calculate and document payroll data
- Generated periodic reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements
- Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables with suppliers and Subs
- And any other required tasks
- (Office Manager) Manage day-to-day operations of the office, such as ordering supplies
- Oversee all the office activities

- Experience in any Builder/Construction tools is a plus
