Job Title : IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview :

This hands-on role is responsible for supporting, managing, and executing IT infrastructure for a manufacturing company. You'll oversee the sites IT systems with guidance from an off-site IT Director.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the IT department (2 IT Support Specialists).
• Maintain and support ERP / MRP systems, improving departmental processes and training teams.
• Manage various IT systems (servers, phones, emails, cameras, etc.) and ensure regular system checks.
• Ensure backup systems are maintained with quarterly tests.
• Handle user accounts, security, and access privileges.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (network, email, phones, etc.).
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations for workstations, networks, and software.
• Assist with production floor equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize system performance.
