Skyline is actively looking to continue its positive growth by expanding its staff. Skyline is looking to hire multiple Representative Project Managers. This position would be excellent for someone looking for full-time, part-time, and/or seasonal work. Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
· Perform inspection and investigations on building structures (primarily roofs) for damage and areas of concern
· Communicate and negotiate with property owners, insurance adjusters, suppliers, and various other industry professionals
· Manage a portfolio of clients and projects from lead status through construction completion
· Present construction solutions to property owners
· Work independently when necessary
· Occasionally travel when necessary
