The RCM Implementation Associate will assist with the management and administration of RCM application rules and settings for TELCOR customers. This role will focus on assisting the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) customers to ensure the front-end configurations are up to date within their application. In addition, the Associate will be required to gain knowledge of customer workflow and business requirements to guide their administration of system settings. Customer service and change control skills will be essential in order to request and field information from customers that can be leveraged to deliver automation and system efficiencies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including medical terminology
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, workflow analysis skills and project management skills
- PC literate in Windows® operating system environments and Microsoft® Office tools, such as Word and Excel®
- Preferred revenue cycle management, healthcare accounting or advanced medical billing experience
- Preferred Medical informatics experience, ideally clinical and/or billing information systems
- Preferred Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in clinical healthcare field or accounting
