Responsibilities
- Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary using ODRC policies and protocols.
- Inoculate or vaccinate against communicable diseases, prescribe medications, and administer treatment as needed.
- Perform routine physical exams to determine chronic condition control or status and diagnose new conditions.
- Evaluate patients for specialty referral consultations and review consult reports accordingly.
- Order and review diagnostic testing results as appropriate.
Licenses and Certifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner License for the state of OH
- DEA Certificate
- Active BLS/CPR
