Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and techniques to enhance the drink menu offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred.
- Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of classic cocktails.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Professional and clean appearance.
- One year of bartending experience.
- Openness to The Roof beverage culture.
- Attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and to improve as a bartender.

- Weekend availability.
