About the Role
This PRN Occupational Therapist position offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling to fit your availability. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, enhance their independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and execute treatment plans focused on improving residents' functional abilities.
- Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Monitor residents' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule.
