```Duties:```
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport passengers
- Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
- Safely load and offload passengers
- Plan routes and navigate using company software, GPS and maps
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as trip logs
```Skills:```
- Experience in NEMT, paratransit, or commercial driving is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes, including vans (Company vehicle provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting if required
- Pass a background check/driving record
- no felonies, DUI, DWI, OWI OR OUI (In the last 10 years) *
- Must have the following certifications completed
- PASS Basic Certification
- Wheelchair Securement Training
- CPR and First Aid
- Defensive Driving Certification
- Fraud Waste and Abuse
- HIPAA
