Skyline Vision Clinic & Laser Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our growing team in Southern Colorado.
- Front office responsibilities-patient service, data entry, and insurance entry
- Answering all incoming phone calls. Routing or transferring calls when required.
- Scheduling / rescheduling patient appointments
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Confirm appointments
- Adheres to company policies and procedures and advances the goals of Skyline Vision Clinic in a manner that embodies the company’s philosophy.
- Handling requests from referring providers
- Scheduling patients in patient web portal
Requirements
- Must maintain strong, professional verbal communication skills with external patients and internal customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to type.
- Good telephone etiquette.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Must be able to life and carry approximately 25 pounds.
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to sit and stand up at various times throughout the day.
- High School Diploma / GED
Job Type: Full-time
