Skyline Vision Clinic & Laser Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our growing team in Southern Colorado.

  • Front office responsibilities-patient service, data entry, and insurance entry
  • Answering all incoming phone calls. Routing or transferring calls when required.
  • Scheduling / rescheduling patient appointments
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Confirm appointments
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures and advances the goals of Skyline Vision Clinic in a manner that embodies the company’s philosophy.
  • Handling requests from referring providers
  • Scheduling patients in patient web portal

Requirements

  • Must maintain strong, professional verbal communication skills with external patients and internal customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to type.
  • Good telephone etiquette.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to life and carry approximately 25 pounds.
  • Able to walk up and down stairs
  • Able to sit and stand up at various times throughout the day.
  • High School Diploma / GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
