Job Responsibilities
- Develop the local marketing strategy for El Paso including online and offline channels.
- Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of the company's services and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Collaborate to build effective sales tools, training materials, and FAQS that enable sales, and partners to sell effectively and also author original content that will be used to create whitepapers, videos, and blog posts.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and optimize on page content (keywords, meta tags, internal linking)
- Plan and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
- Lead, mentor and coach the local field marketing team
- Oversee the execution, analysis and reporting of marketing activations
- Support interviewing, hiring, and training of Sales staff
- Manage relationships with local partners and agencies
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to align content strategies with business goals.
Job Requirements:
Essential
- 4 years experience in digital and field marketing for telecommunications、WISP or local lifestyle service
- Experience with SEO best practices and content creation
- Experience managing field sales team
- Experience with acquisition marketing and demand generation
- Field and door-to-door sales background
- Experience with data analytics and how to effectively apply learning to improve performance
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, internal team members and partners
Desirable
- Experience with a high-growth startup
- Experience in telecom and/or real estate
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies for email, landing pages, and social content.
- Proficiency in video or visual content creation (short-form videos, infographics) is a bonus.
- Enthusiasm for new technology and the Internet space

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
