Job Responsibilities
- Based on network coverage requirements and geographic factors, negotiate leasing agreements with fiber suppliers and site owners/managers (e.g., commercial high-rise or towers), review contracts, and secure favorable terms.
- Ensure that site acquisition progress is completed within the operational planning timeline.
- Ensure all sites comply with local regional planning regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Keep detailed records of site acquisition progress, costs, and timelines.
- Collaborate with network planning and field installation teams to ensure site locations meet technical requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, property management, or telecommunications industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regional planning regulations, permitting processes, and environmental rules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and ensure timely completion.
