Job Responsibilities
- Develop SOPs for AP installation and construction standards.
- Train and certify full-time and third-party installation teams to achieve user-side single AP employment within <2 hours.
- Design acceptance mechanisms to ensure that after triggering acceptance, the team’s installation results pass at least 95% on the first attempt.
- Establish a common fault database to ensure 90% of issues are resolved remotely within 2 hours and 100% of issues have on-site response within 12 hours.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely response to user-side needs for equipment and key materials storage and logistics.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications project implementation, with involvement or leadership in deployment projects involving over 200 nodes.
- Possession of local construction permits.
- Expertise in on-site diagnostic tools, such as signal analyzers.
