Your day as a Collections Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two years of collections experience within a financial institution preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish fluency required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of the legal aspects of collection, bankruptcy, and repossession.
- Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, SCRA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of complex situations.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Internet.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
