What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at SkySource Solutions Inc.?
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Operator to join our Fortune 500 Organic Material manufacturing team. This is a 1st shift, 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday schedule with OT on Saturdays during our busy season. Pay begins at $18/hr with weekly pay. Warehouse experience is required and you must be willing to work inside and outside. We offer weekly pay and opportunities for growth!
Duties
- Perform various warehouse and production line functions to support the packaging of the company's liquid products.
- Essential functions include bottling, capping, labeling, lot code printing, packaging, and palletizing.
- Ensures that the quality of the bottles are free from defect and meet company standards.
- Places filled, sealed product in boxes.
- Fills boxes with required quantity with correct product.
- Ensures printer is working properly and date/lot code matches the product being bottled.
- Places boxes in neat stacks on pallets using pre-determined patterns and counts.
- Keeps area clean at all times.
Hours and Pay
- 1st Shift: M-F 7:00AM-3:30PM but shift length will increase by year's end and into early next year with possible 7:00AM-7:00PM schedules.
- Pay: will be starting at $18.50/hr, to be hired on at a higher rate

Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and assembly line operations
- Previous experience in assembly work
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
