We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
Responsibilities :
Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and manage dependencies.
Communicate progress, roadblocks, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making processes, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement in program execution and team workflows.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing technical projects or programs.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Technical background and the ability to understand complex systems and architectures.
