Responsibilities:
- Understand and organize guest needs by using the Skyterra culinary board
- Ensures proper delivery of each meal to table or accommodations
- Assure dining room is presentable and inviting for all guests
- Prepare guest snacks to program standards
- Stocking as needed for service throughout schedule shift
- Ensure all kitchen and dining room areas are in compliance with safe food handling practices
- Abides by the standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and courtesy as displayed and agreed upon with the Culinary Manager, Executive Chef and Dietitian
Qualifications
- Ability to be sociable with guests, knowledgeable on the menu items and procedures, and adaptable to a fast paced environment

- This position will require you to be on your feet for long periods of time. The ideal candidate must have the ability to stand and work continuously in confined spaces and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Prefer 1-2 years of Restaurant experience in server or other role, but we are open to anyone willing to be dedicated to our mission who is hungry, humble, and smart
- Prefer Servesafe Certified or willingness to take the course.
