SKTOP GARDENS APARTMENTS PARLIN NJ
- Has openings for Grounds Maintenance People
- Perform grounds keeping duties.
- Mow lawn either by lawnmower or using a riding lawnmower.
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
- Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
- Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling.
- Sweep walkway of debris.
- Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
- Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
- Experience a plus but willing to train.
Hours 8 am to 4:30 pm 1 hr. for lunch Monday thru Friday
