Maintenance Assistant at Skyview at Bridgeport

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department in the entire operation of nursing services. The essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the maintenance director in ensuring that all physical aspects of the building are in working order.
• Assist in maintaining the physical plant within the Agency for Healthcare Administration guidelines and regulations.
• Follow departmental standards of safety, and operation/care of maintenance equipment.
• Perform lawn care and maintenance functions in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties assigned by the maintenance director.

Educational Requirements: Candidate Must have Basic knowledge of building and equipment maintenance, and related areas preferred. The competitive pay range for this position is $14.00 to $21.00. Consideration will be made commensurate with experience.
