Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments with a focus on the Sales Cloud module.
- Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and permissions.
- Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system health and performance, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
Preferred Skills:
