SkyWater Search Partners is working with a fast growing, publicly traded metalworking company to hire an onsite Human Resources Manager for their southern Illinois facility. This person will play a vital role in driving business success by earning trust while proactively shaping company strategy. They will ensure the organization evolves in alignment with business goals and develops employees while strengthening company capabilities. This person will help translate customer needs into actionable business plans and efficiently handle daily HR functions. With a strong understanding of internal operations and external market influences, this person will contribute to overall business success. This person will also foster an inclusive workplace and support lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition - recruiting, interviewing, orientation, career pathing, exit interviewing
- Completion and administration of company and legal policies and regulations
- Make data-drive business decisions
- Participate in goal setting, recommendations for improvement and strategic guidance
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Lean Six Sigma designation preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute HR and business acumen
- Manufacturing experience
Salary range is $90,000.00-127,000.00 base with discretionary bonus potential. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
