SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a well known, returning client on a 2nd shift Production Supervisor position (Leading a team of 20). This privately held manufacturer has been growing at a 15% clip every year over the past decade. They’re the industry leader in their space and are not showing any signs of slowing down. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 20 on the manufacturing floor
• Develop daily staffing plans based on demand.
• Ensure ISO Procedures are followed
• Communicate with multiple shifts on lead times, scheduling, and any issues that arise.
• Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are on time
• Establishing and Managing Measurement Standards
• Work closely with internal departments to achieve production goals
• Utilize CI methodologies to improve productivity and quality
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• 1 year of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to develop and coach others
• Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing
• Exposure to CNC Machinery and being hands on out on the floor preferred.
• Experienced setting objectives for production lines.
