We are partnering with a fast growing manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to their team.
This role is newly created due to growth and will be reporting to the Accounting Manager. This role will not only be handling the traditional accounting tasks, it will have some interesting projects that you will be apart of (creating Standard Operating Procedures, process improvements, and more).

Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and support preparation of internal financial reports
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Assist with inventory accounting, including cycle counts and variance analysis
- Support external audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
