SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a global leader in intelligent manufacturing to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be instrumental in driving full-cycle recruitment, particularly in technical, engineering, and leadership hiring, as the company undergoes rapid growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and modernize talent acquisition processes while contributing to HR project initiatives, including ATS implementation and optimize and enhance broader talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through to offer, with a focus on engineering, manufacturing, and leadership roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines in a competitive market.
- Contribute to HR project work, including involvement in the RFP process for a new HRIS and potential ownership of the ATS implementation.
- Bring fresh ideas to modernize recruitment processes, streamline operations, and enhance candidate experience.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent strategy guidance.
- Operate in a hands-on, all-in-one recruitment environment where team members own sourcing, scheduling, and hiring processes.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, robotics, automation, aerospace, defense, or related industries.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for highly technical roles in engineering and manufacturing.
- Strong experience in recruiting process improvement, pipeline development, and talent strategy execution.
- Exposure to HR systems and ATS implementation is a plus.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean HR team where everyone wears multiple hats.
