Responsibilities
- Champion brands' long-term vision, positioning, and identity to deepen emotional connections with consumers.
- Lead the development of forward-thinking strategies to accelerate growth for both brands across all channels and markets
- Monitor and adapt to evolving market trends and consumer behaviors to ensure the brands remain relevant and aspirational.
- Own P&L accountability for both brands, ensuring financial performance aligns with growth goals.
- Partner with functional leaders across D2C/Amazon, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Product Innovation to ensure alignment on brand strategies and execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing senior leadership and product teams.
- 15 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of building and growing brands.
- Experience in driving innovation pipelines and overseeing successful product launches.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and a history of delivering measurable business growth.
