This Process Technician role is responsible for evaluating production material and processing tools within the Diffusion, Implant, Metals, and RTA areas.Responsibilities:Gives direction to production and maintenance areas regarding down tool eventsWill execute/coordinate engineering and maintenance recovery plans for equipment or process shutdownsWill coordinate manufacturing paths by removing obstacles for production materialExecutes recipe changes, plans associated with recovering non-conforming material and acts on area SPC controlsProvides additional support to the Custom Foundry group by learning and loading their tool operationsWorks with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, to serve the needs of the factoryRequired Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training:Minimum 1 year experience as a production technicianPrior environment that required attention to detail and quality mindsetDemonstrated ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMotivated with desire to advance in the companyAutomation and Systems experienceAbility to work D Shift: Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday - 6:00pm - 6:15am plus 25% shift differential U.S. Citizen Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.Preferred Qualifications:Education: Associate degree in Electronics Engineer Technology (EET) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET). Will also consider equivalent, related technical experience or equivalent semiconductor experience.Experience and/or Training:2 years of processing experience in the semiconductor or related fieldKnowledge of SPC for process control and optimizationUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturing principles is preferred
