About the Position
As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a welcoming, customer-focused individual to join our team. This position will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and will be an integral part of our team, providing service, sales & installation support to both current and future customers.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with a wide range of customer service inquiries (e.g., payments, billing inquiries, scheduling, troubleshooting service issues, handling equipment returns, etc.).
- Process customer transactions and respond to inquiries in a timely, responsive, and accurate manner.
- Enter account information into the billing system accurately to execute transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of Skywave products, services, and their features.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous Experience in Customer Service (preferred)
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Computer Skills (required)
- Data Entry Experience (preferred)
- Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, phones, computers, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
