Skyway Behavioral Health is an innovative behavioral health center that goes beyond the treatment of psychiatric symptoms to address underlying biological, behavioral, and psychosocial causes of psychiatric disorders.  Our belief is that maladaptive coping strategies are adopted by patients for survival.  While adaptive at one time or in specific ways, these coping strategies are now preventing patients from living the life they want to live.  Our treatments teach patients new skills that enable them to serve as their own behavioral therapists- thereby helping them to maintain recovery and generalize skills to their home environments.    

At Skyway, we provide a fully immersive, intensive, whole-person experience that covers everything from neuroscience to nutrition.  We believe that the path to recovery from traumatic stress requires a focus that encompasses not just symptom management but also the treatment of underlying individual, systemic, developmental, and familial traumas. We use leading-edge, specialized, evidence-based treatment modalities to help our patients address the trauma and pain behind their behaviors and diagnoses – thereby empowering them to make lasting changes in their lives.

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Business Development and works with the Marketing, Clinical and Administration Teams in building digital content that support brand image, positive client relations, and Skyway’s mission. This person must have a desire to work independently and effectively following the parameters set below and from their Director. A  critical element of the Skyway mission is to ensure that all team members, even those not providing direct clinical care, know and believe they can change and improve patient’s lives.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

  • Support quarterly marketing plans, campaign strategies, and administrative duties within the Business Development Department.
  • Generate reports, perform keyword research, and assist with competitive analysis to collect data in support of future opportunities, campaigns, and marketing content.
  • Monitor social media performance and report metrics to Director weekly, and to Executive Team quarterly.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, social media posts (videos, photos, graphics and messaging that aligns with our brand), and website pages.
  • Support and monitor Skyway’s efforts to deliver a dynamic social media presence, including staying up to date with social media trends, developing content, posting to all channels, and engaging with the community to support the algorithm within each channel.
  • Build out a monthly video content plan, utilizing TikTok and YouTube.
  • Create weekly social content calendars to foster a consistent algorithm for Skyway’s social presence and to broaden our reach potential into new areas for business promotion.
  • Drive the creation and execution of the professional monthly newsletter, brainstorming ideas and developing written content.
  • Assist in creating weekly email marketing campaigns targeting professionals. Emails will highlight services and staff, draw attention to various marketing strategies and tactics and work in tandem with the efforts of the outreach team.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for print collateral and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks regarding virtual and in-person events following the event planning checklist laid out by Director, and other related duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain completion of all competencies associated with role and in accordance with SBH policies and subsequent Joint Commission standards
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, federal regulations, and guidelines and adhering to patient confidentiality and HIPPA practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements 

  • Undergraduate college degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher), and familiarity with use of EHR systems. 
  • Experience or adept to learning SEM Rush, Google Analytics, and other data analytics software
  • Able to maintain a professional manner with clients, staff, clients, and visitors. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting, under pressure and maintain open, and proper communication. 
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong boundaries with staff and clients. 
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal and communication skills that are clear, respectful, and considerate of other’s perspectives. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Exceptional organization skills, reliable and timely
  • Reliable form of transportation to office. 
  • Must provide proof of fully vaccinated status for COVID-19 within 90 days of hire
