Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Skyway Honda of Enid is looking for experienced Service Advisors/Writers to join our service team! We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your strong communication skills, automotive expertise, and organizational abilities will contribute to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
• Document customers concerns and comments.
• Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explain repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.

Service Advisor Qualifications

• CDK Drive experience helpful.
• Professional appearance and attitude required
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
• High school or equivalent
• Must be reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
